RATES:

Rates are based upon the scope of work required and the length of the potential project(s) or contract. Typically rates are at or below industry standards in most cases. Discounts are available for significantly larger projects or contracts that may exceed 30, 60, or 90 days. Customers may also contract TechPlusMore.com Consulting Services on a retainer basis for guaranteed “on-call” services for their business (basically having IT services for your company without having to put anyone on the payroll). **
 

BILLING REQUIREMENTS:

The following “Notes” are located near the bottom portion of all customer invoices. These are our billing requirements, along with payment policies and procedures.

Note 1: Minimum deposit of 50% required for "New Custom System Build" only.

Note 2: Cash or Check payments ONLY. If writing a personal check, parts will be ordered after check has cleared unless otherwise specified by TechPlusMore.com Consulting Services. Make checks payable to: Brian Osberg.

Note 3: Payment in full is due no later than 14 days after "Invoice Date." Unpaid balances will bear interest at 5% each additional month until paid in full (late fee). (customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs necessary to recover all unpaid balances due hereunder) **

Note 4: Additional software is the clients responsibility to provide during the initial installation process and may be subject to extra fee.

Note 5: Estimated time for delivery on "New Custom System Build" depends on parts arrival from my distributors (typically 2-3 weeks total).

COLLECTION POLICY:

TechPlusMore.com Consulting Services reports all un-paid invoices and outstanding fees to the top four collection companies: Equifax, Experian, Innovis, and Trans Union. We will also notify the Better Business Bureau and State Government in your area of any and all outstanding debt, unfair business practice, disputes, and court proceedings regarding our collection measures and experiences.
